In this Comel88 Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Wagering Requirement" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable cash.

• The bank account registered for withdrawals must be in the same name as your Comel88 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by members. Comel88 reserves the right to void or refund bets in the event of a clear technical error or if a match cannot be settled under the stipulated conditions.
• Postponed matches that do not resume within 48 hours of the original scheduled time will be refunded to all depositors unless otherwise stated in the relevant sport's rules.
• For live casino games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette at Comel88, the game rules displayed within the game interface are the ones that apply. Results shown by the game system are final.
• Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the guaranteed odds for that bet, unless a manifest error has occurred (for example, odds of 100.00 for a first-place team playing against a last-place team).

Any use of Comel88 content for commercial purposes, including copying, distribution, modification, or reproduction without written consent from Comel88, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

The name "Comel88" and its associated logos are registered trademarks. No party is permitted to use this name or these logos in any capacity without prior written consent from Comel88, including in promotional materials, third-party websites, or on social media.

The Comel88 platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, Comel88 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be accessible, error-free, or fully protected against all cyber threats.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, Comel88 shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses arising from betting activity, including the loss of valid bets — this is a risk accepted by every member upon using the betting platform
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, third-party server issues, or natural disasters
• Indirect, consequential damages, or loss of profits arising from the use of or inability to use the Comel88 platform
• Actions or omissions by third-party providers such as game providers or payment processors

Comel88's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Before the closure is processed, any eligible cash balance (excluding bonuses that have not met the wagering requirement) will be returned to the registered Malaysian bank account.

Comel88 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account, with or without prior notice, in the following situations:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Identity verification failed or false information detected
• Suspicious activity from a security or compliance standpoint
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• A member's own request through a self-exclusion programme for responsible gambling

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, Comel88 reserves the right to hold the account balance pending investigation. Should the investigation confirm a violation, the balance may be forfeited in full or in part depending on the severity of the breach.

These Comel88 Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the Comel88 platform, including disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these terms, shall be resolved in accordance with the following procedure:

• Level 3 — Arbitration: Should a dispute remain unresolved after Stage 2, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration in Malaysia, in accordance with the applicable rules.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
